In the room across the gap, where i fell, you can find the quest item staff's head inside a treasure box. Go through the little doorway inside and take the wisdom armour items take the empty bottle and the sealed rune (small) hidden in the room. Lords of the fallen takes us on a journey to a dark and mysterious world where the lands of keystone are under attack from an interdimensional demonic army. You can enter here during the initial exploration of the citadel, but also later on.
